We buy VINTAGE mens & womens clothing and accessories that are in excellent resellable condition and 20 years or older. We pay 25% of what we plan to sell the item for in store or 40% store credit (store credit never expires)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING A DROP OFF TIME!
We will not accept damaged items so please inspect for the following issues:
- Holes
- Stains
- Broken zippers
- Missing buttons
- Animal hair & odor
- Smoke odor
We are still extremely selective on what we purchase and stock in store.
Not all vintage styles are ideal for our customer base. **We accept clothing from a variety of styles, genres, and eras (Typically 1960’s to Y2k.)
We LOVE and will almost always accept the following items:
- Y2K and older denim – especially bell bottoms, flares, skirts, and overalls
- True vintage tees including the following styles & brands- Harley Davidson, The Mountain, Disney, Nascar, Band tees, sports teams
- Throwback San Marcos merch from old businesses, or old SouthWest Texas merch
- Men’s pearl snaps, hawaiians & vintage polos
- Vintage designer purses like Dooney & Bourke, Coach, Brighton, etc.
- Trucker hats & bucket hats
- Boho skirts
- Business suits and suit jackets
- Vintage wedding dresses (unless they are boho and functional)
- Historic vintage that is no longer wearable
- Out of season items unless extremely rare or sought after
- Most shoes
Please do not waste our time by bringing these items!

- Fashion Nova
- Zara
- H&M
- Cider
- Anything with a screenprinted care tag
If bringing over 10 items, we ask that you fold them and place them in tote bags or bins. We will not accept clothing in trash bags!
In order to be considered for an appointment, please text 512-618-9504, email oldsoulexchange@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with the following information:
3 pictures of items you will be bringing in (maybe your top 3 favs or “best” items?)
-weekday and time you would like to drop off (we do not do any purchasing on the weekends)
Once you drop your items off we will give you a time frame for processing. Depending on how many items you have, it may take 24-48 hours for us to get back to you with an offer. A more accurate timeframe will be communicated at time of drop off.
We do our due diligence to research, run comps, and inspect each item before determining a price.

You can accept our offer and request an itemized receipt of what we are paying for each individual item.
We will pay cash (when available) or write you a check. We do not use venmo, cashapp zelle etc at this time.
Store credit will be loaded onto an Old Soul Exchange gift card and never expires.
